All orders that are received by 2 pm (EST) Monday thru Friday, excluding observance of holidays, will be shipped within 24 business hours. All orders received over the weekend will be processed the next Business Day. Please see some of our most frequently asked shipping questions below:

When will my order ship?

We ship within 24 to 48 business hours and provide a Tracking number via email.

How does my product ship? Is there a tracking number?

We ship via Royal Mail. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Royal Mail website to reflect tracking updates.

How long will it take for my order to arrive
